The Platform is provided and managed by BaaS Holdings Pte. Ltd (hereinafter referred to as 'our company'), located at Spcae Business Center, 410 North Bridge Road Singapore 188726. Our company is committed to protecting and respecting the personal information of our members. This Personal Information Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the 'Policy') explains our company's policy and handling of all personal information collected from members or provided by members to our company. Purpose of Personal Information Processing To download the Agendabook app and register easily, we collect personal information such as email according to the requests or standards and methods of various SNS channels and messenger services. After registration and account creation, all personal information is deleted for the safety of the members. b. Items of Personal Information Processing After the initial account creation, all identifiable personal information such as email is deleted. We collect anonymous data based on member preferences, tastes, and votes for statistical and data preference aggregation. Only anonymous data inferred from these anonymous preferences and tastes, which can be used for targeted advertising, is stored/processed. c. Matters Concerning the Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties The platform does not store members' personal information separately and only provides advertisers with anonymous preference information inferred from anonymous information. However, for paid services provided by the platform, product payment, and AXEN MALL (reward exchange page), personal information may be temporarily collected or provided to third parties for coupon dispatch and product delivery. It is considered consent to provide all personal information to a third party or temporarily store and delete it on the platform upon completion of payment or reward exchange for paid service products. d. Security of Personal Information Agendabook does not store any identifiable information separately. Information based on anonymous preferences and tastes cannot identify an individual. The UID value created at the time of initial account creation does not identify an individual and is encrypted and managed. However, information transmission over the internet is not completely secure. We cannot guarantee the security of the UID protected by encryption and the preference and taste information provided by members. You bear the risk associated with information transmission. However, we inform you that anonymous preference and taste data cannot identify any individual. We will maintain technical and managerial measures for information input and content associated with the anonymous-based UID and improve overall security. e. Retention Period of Personal Information All personal identification information such as email is deleted after the initial account creation. The encrypted UID value created after account creation, which cannot identify an individual, is retained for the necessary period for purposes such as providing services. However, we may retain information beyond the period mentioned for the fulfillment of our legal obligations or the establishment, exercise, or defense of our legal claims. f. Procedure and Method of Personal Information Destruction For easy registration at the time of initial account creation, personal information such as email is acquired according to the policies and guidelines of each SNS channel and messenger service. All personal information is deleted immediately upon account creation and is not stored on any server. g. Location of Information Storage Information stored based on anonymity may be stored in the country where the member resides or in overseas Amazon or Oracle cloud service storage locations. We maintain servers in various countries worldwide for the stable service of members. h. Children's Information Agendabook does not target children under the age of 14.
